Have you ever been close to someone for some many years
lose that person in a single night, and feel nothing but tears
sharp pains shooting through your body like lightning through the sky
and everything you see is vague, because of the pain in your eyes.
Have you ever been tormented in your sleep with the scream of a friend
the night they took his life is playing over and over again
you wake up with sweat drippin down your face like blood when the bullet seeps in
and the thing you'll never forget is your enemies grin.
Have you ever been pushed to the point that you can't even trust yourself
and the only justice you feel is the vengeance you deliver yourself
you take your life in your hands and start to killing yourself
and you think your boyz would want that but you should be healing yourself.
Have you ever been locked away because you never knew where to start
and you thought it was coming together but it was falling apart
darkness falls into your corner because you didn't play smart
you see your homies in a glance and then the bullet pierces your heart.
